We are hiring a talented Telemarketer professional to join our team. If you're excited to be part of a winning team. 

Good in Malay and English is essential.

Leads include Corporate, Company, GLC, MNC, Government, College University, Entrepreneurs. 

Online system given for daily updates and follow up.

All Sales & Marketing material i.e. flyer, promo text, email content provided.

Other job training provided from time to time.

Monthly Salary, EPF, SOCSO standard offer.

Additional allowance, bonus, sales commission are extra income.

Freelance, PT, FT job options.

Hybrid working from home and/or work at office.

Options to only do Telemarketing or Visiting Clients.

Work with team members on the call floor to meet sales and performance goals
Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes. Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goals. Intercept and respond to customer complaints or concerns with products and seek to resolve the problem while adhering to company policy. Accurately document the customer's personal information including phone number, address and other order information. Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how the item will add value to their lives and meet their needs. Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best product or service for their purposes. Follow prepared sales script to provide accurate information about a products price, features and benefits. 

Telemarketing Representative Job Responsibilities

Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls.

Generate Prospects Clients by calling outbound telephone calls from Leads List.

Telemarketing Representative Job Duties

Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis.

Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

Maintains quality service by following organisation standards.

Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Telemarketing Representative Skills and Qualifications

Persuasion, Follow Up, Telephone Sales, Customer Focus, Data Entry Skills, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills are Added Advantages, Telephone Skills, Organization, Energy Level, Persistence, Prefer to Upgrade Product Knowledge according to Technology & Packages Offer.

1 years of previous experience in customer service or telemarketing preferred.

Able to accept constructive criticism and continually improve sales techniques. 
Experience handling and processing payment information over the phone is advantageous. 
Ability to promote a product or service using persuasive language and techniques
Fluency in English is essential, bilingual is preferred. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Professional experience using online forms to enter payment and personal information. 
Speed and accuracy in typing. 
Experience in a position where meeting sales goals was important indication of performance.
