Civilization is nothing to do with knowledge, skills, technology advancement & related matters!
It's not base on year, date, or time frame!
The Civilization status is not even dedicated to specific developed culture and people.
Civilization is vulnerable to change every moment and measurable based on the compassionate intelligent acts and availability of the core important necessity resources and sharing of the available matter freely or affordable cost for humanity.
A traditional list of immediate "basic needs" is food (including water), shelter, clothing, sanitation, education, safety, and importantly healthcare.
i.e. of how Un-Civilized humans in the modern world and stupidity law implemented! * healthcare facilities available yet can't access non-affordable individuals. * to study in University a teenager becomes debt! * bank loan is given to those who already have money. * List goes on...
